Karma House

Student life in slender towers

Karma House is a student dormitory that, in addition to apartments, also includes common rooms, conference and IT rooms, a concierge service, a bicycle cellar and a shared communal garden. The buildings are an ensemble of three slender step towers that harmonize with the height of the neighbouring buildings. The facade implemented with SYSTEA solutions impresses with a complex pattern of solid, perforated and glass cladding, which is structured in such a way that the viewer’s eye is directed diagonally upwards.
