10 good reasons for SYSTEA

Sub-structures without compromise: SYSTEA sub-structure systems for facade cladding offer secure support for even the most demanding panel materials.
Whether solutions for concealed or visible fixings, with proven standard systems or customised project solutions, SYSTEA offers high-quality systems to optimally implement even the most unusual facade concepts.

The ten advantages of SYSTEA sub-structures for ventilated rainscreen cladding at a glance

Enables maximum energy efficiency up to passive house standard

Wall brackets made of stainless-steel with low conductivity and thermal separators enable thermal bridge-free constructions that meet the highest requirements for energy-efficient facades up to the passive house standard.

Sophisticated facade design

Our systems offer unlimited design freedom for architects and planners. Our engineers develop customised solutions on request, especially for unusual facade designs.

Fulfils the highest structural requirements

Thanks to a large selection of different wall brackets, profiles and corresponding connecting elements, our facade systems can be perfectly adapted to the respective conditions on the building. This results in a wide range of possible sub-structure variants that fulfil the most diverse requirements.

Cost-efficient systems

Perfectly matched components and precise processing ensure quick and safe installation of our facade sub-structure systems. The particularly long service life of the systems makes a further important contribution to the cost-effectiveness of your facade project.

Dimensional accuracy of all components

High-quality materials such as stainless-steel and aluminium help to prevent damage caused by material expansion.

Corrosion-resistant and particularly durable

Aluminium and stainless-steel are corrosion-free and particularly durable. Fireproof materials are also important, as the cavity creates an air gap through which a fire can spread. The use of fire-resistant materials such as aluminium or stainless-steel is not only important to comply with building regulations, to provide more security.

Non-combustible material

SYSTEA sub-structure systems consist of aluminium and stainless-steel brackets, profiles and clips that are classified as Euroclass A1 ‘non-combustible’.

Fixed and sliding points ensure a secure hold

The fixed point transfers dead and wind loads to the load-bearing wall. The connection between wall bracket and profile is therefore designed as a non-displaceable connection with round holes. The connection between sliding point and profile, on the other hand, is designed as a sliding connection in slotted holes. This means that the profile is not hindered in its change in length – there are no constraints.

Stable, lightweight and high-quality aluminium

Its low weight and high strength, combined with easy processing on site or in production, make it an ideal material for the manufacture of sub-structure systems for all cladding applications.

Sustainable thanks to complete recycling

All SYSTEA sub-structure systems are made from high-quality materials such as stainless-steel or aluminium and are 100% reusable.
